Description
HG Genuine 1000BASE-T copper SFP transceiver is based on the SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA). They are compatible with the Gigabit Ethernet and 1000BASE-T standards as specified in IEEE Std 802.3, which support 1000Mbps data-rate up to 100 meter reach over unshielded twisted-pair category-5 cable.
There are total five kinds of products for selection in this series:
MXP-24RJX, SERDES interface with auto-negotiation enable default.
MXP-24RJNDX, SERDES interface with auto-negotiation enabled default, and support RX_LOS as link indication function.
MXP-24RJFDX, SERDES interface with auto-negotiation enabled default, and support RX_LOS as link indication function.
MXP-24RJSX, SGMII interface with auto-negotiation enable default.
MXP-24RJSDX, SGMII interface with auto-negotiation enabled default, and support RX_LOS as link indication function.
The transceiver supports 1000Mbps full duplex data-links with 5-level Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) signals. All four pairs in the cable are used with symbol rate 250Mbps on each pair.
The transceiver provides standard serial ID information compatible with SFP MSA, which can be accessed with address of A0h via the two-wire serial CMOS EEPROM Protocol. The physical IC can be also be accessed via two-wire serial bus at address ACh.

[1] MXP-24RJXX contains C-temp and I-temp productions. The first” X “combined with 24RJ indicate production models, e.g.MXP-24RJS, MXP-24RJS. And the second “X” indicates operation temperature: “I” is Industrial temperature range, and when “X” is omitted indicates commercial temperature range.
